I learned of Mark Gibson through a referral last year while helping another good friend shop for a home. She had been trying for some time to find a home between $400,000 and $500,000 and was completely frustrated. I suggested that she reach out to Mark to see if he could help her. After a quick conversation, he immediately found several homes that perfectly fit her needs, and within a week, she was under contract. The entire process was smooth and so incredibly easy. I was quite impressed with how Mark helped my friend, so I decided to hire him to help sell my own home.
The home that I intended to sell was located in Mooresville in the Point and valued well over $4,000,000. I have bought and sold numerous homes over the years with countless realtors, and never have I ever experienced the level of service with any of them that I received from Mark and his team. Mark figured out how to fix the door within an hour and spent an afternoon with two helpers fixing the door himself for less than $800. Show me another realtor willing to do that, much less one with the knowledge to know how to do it!
This was the first real estate transaction that I have ever experienced where I felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout the entire process. Our sale and circumstance were complex, to say the least, and I had complete peace of mind the entire time.
