Mi Pueblo Mexican Grill Comes To Mooresville
Construction is underway at the corner of Brawley School Road and Town Center Drive—next to the new library and across from Publix—and it will soon be home to Mi Pueblo Mexican Grill.
Mi Pueblo was founded by Jesus and Maria Ruiz, who built their business from the ground up after moving to the U.S. with the goal of opening their own restaurant. They took a leap of faith in 1989, opening their first location in Winston-Salem, and the brand has grown steadily ever since, with additional locations in Statesville, Concord, and Charlotte.
