Lake Norman Days Of Yesterday
Check this ad out from the Charlotte Observer. I estimate that it should be from around the late sixties to early seventies. If only we could go back in time right? I love the part at the bottom that reads “Located just off the new interstate no. 77”.
You’ve gotta be killing right now! I cannot tell you how often I hear this. Like any business, Real Estate has its ups and downs and for the last few years we’ve certainly been up! What’s next? There seems to be a lot of speculation about what the future holds. Increasing interest rates and inflation could potentially slow the Market… at least in the lower price points. On the other hand, the United States is 4.5 million homes short on inventory due to non-existent new home construction between 2009-2012. It’s caught up with us creating this staggering demand for houses. Home prices are higher than they’ve ever been and finding the right home for a buyer is a near impossible task. It’s quite frustrating.
Truthfully, I have no idea of what to expect in the coming year but I can tell you where we’ve been as of late and what the Market looks like right now. If I can ever be of assistance to answer any questions for you regarding real estate please feel free to call day or night.
