Anyway. I thought this would be the perfect time to encourage us all to support more local businesses this season and remind everyone that the grocery stores aren’t always the best places to find high quality meats because whether you realize it or not…
If you’re manning the grill or smoker you ARE being stringently judged (although you may never know it) and you simply can’t “cut” corners when it comes to the meat :)
