I’ve helped countless families relocate to Mooresville, and one factor that consistently tops their list of priorities is education.

The historic Mount Mourne School, which has sat dormant for several years, is about to come back to life as the new home of Trinity Christian Academy, a faith-based school opening in August 2026. Renovations are already underway to restore and re-imagine the space so students can walk through its doors next fall.

Trinity Christian Academy’s mission is to provide a “top-quality education built on a Biblical worldview”, combining strong academics with character development.If interested in learning more there will be an open house on November 6th @ 7PM at Trinity Baptist Church on Ervin Road in Mooresville and then there will be another campus preview in January at the Mt Mourne Campus.
