Oh my! It truly lived up to its reputation. If you haven’t been here yet, make it a priority.
I wish I could share more backstory regarding the owner / chef but I’ve not had the pleasure of meeting him or her yet. What I can say is that they certainly have a gift. I’ve never experienced a bagel that crunches and then melts in your mouth like this, and the Almond Croissant is beyond words. It’s simply outstanding.
