No. This time it isn’t apartments. This 84 acre sight is the home of the North Charlotte Commerce Center set to be finished sometime this year. The North Charlotte Commerce Center is a 723,600 SqFt industrial building that will be available for lease. It is being built by Strategic Real Estate Partners, an industrial developer out of Atlanta. I’m not sure if additional buildings will follow but it appears as if most of the 84 acres has been cleared.
If only a Cornelius Road interchange would follow!
